Fit and attaching

Will it fit my headset?
Our headset attachments fit most over-ear gaming headsets and headphones. Not sure about yours? Email your headset model to sealsprints@gmail.com and we'll let you know.

How do they attach?
Each attachment comes with its own velcro strap. Wrap it around your headband and you're set. No glue, no tools, and it comes off cleanly.

Materials and care

What are they made of?
Our headset attachments, planters and toys are printed in PLA, a plant-based plastic. Miniatures come unpainted, ready to prime and paint.

How do I take care of it?
Keep PLA away from heat and direct sun. Don't leave it in a hot car, where it can soften and bend.

Will mine look exactly like the photos?
Every item is printed to order, so small layer lines are normal, and multi-color filaments blend a little differently on every piece. A few photos show painted samples; we don't sell painted items, and the product page says when a photo is painted.

Can I see a color that isn't pictured?
Yes. Email sealsprints@gmail.com and we'll send a photo of that filament.

Orders and shipping

When will my order ship?
Each order is printed after you place it. We'll email a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on US orders of $40 or more. Smaller US orders ship by USPS at the rate shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, by USPS to 27 countries, including Canada, the UK, Australia and much of Europe. Rates are shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns and custom requests

What's your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. See our refund policy for details.

Can you make a custom size or a new design?
Often, yes. Email sealsprints@gmail.com with your idea and we'll tell you what's possible.
